Our brokerage model is extremely simple and transparent. Here’s how it works:

  • $400+gst per deal.
  • Deal fees are capped at $6,800+gst per year.*
  • Deal fees are locked in for life! Your deal fees will always be what they were at the time that you joined Initia Real Estate.
  • Want leads? We’ll train you on how to successfully use our popular CRM, and you’ll be provided with several leads per month. Any commissions resulting from these leads will be split with you on a 50/50 basis.

*If licensed and registered in multiple offices with INITIA Real Estate, the $6,800 annual cap will increase to $12,000.
